Our transportation service specializes in providing accessible and comfortable rides for individuals with disabilities. We prioritize safety and care, offering trained drivers who are experienced in assisting passengers with mobility challenges. Our vehicles are equipped with features to ensure ease of access and a smooth journey, promoting independence and convenience.
All transport staff and vehicles are approved before operating. This includes identity checks, transport authority approvals, national police screening, relevant worker clearances, and current commercial and public liability insurance. Vehicles are maintained to meet accessibility, roadworthiness and traveller safety requirements. Compliance is reviewed regularly in line with NDIS, aged care and insurance frameworks.
Transport options are matched to traveller numbers and mobility needs:
- Sedan – suitable for up to 3 travellers
- SUV – suitable for up to 4 travellers
- Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAV) – suitable for mobility aids and up to 6 travellers
Once transport is scheduled, confirmation details include driver name, vehicle type and estimated arrival time. Status notifications and journey tracking are available for visibility throughout the service.
Yes. Bookings can be followed in real time, allowing families, providers and coordinators to view progress from allocation through to completion.
Payment methods depend on the account structure and may include:
- Card payment for individual travellers
- Account invoicing for organisations
- Billing arrangements for approved NDIS, aged care and insurance partners
Yes. Travellers attending regular appointments, programs or community activities can have transport scheduled in advance on daily, weekly or monthly cycles to ensure consistency and ease of access.
Drivers are experienced in supporting people who require additional assistance. Booking notes can include mobility aids, boarding assistance, additional transfer time or communication preferences. Services are delivered respectfully and in line with person-centred support principles.
Where possible, familiar drivers are allocated for repeat journeys to promote comfort and trust. Feedback following each service helps identify preferred driver matches for ongoing trips.
Confirmation details are provided once transport is arranged, including the driver’s name, vehicle type and estimated arrival time, so travellers know what to expect on the day.
